BCAA
L-Valine, L-Leucine, and L-isoleucine are all amino acids that help stimulate muscle growth and regeneration and are involved in energy production. They're called Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA), and that just means that they have a specific chemical composition that interact with other amino acids. BCAAs are used to increase muscle growth, and may also help decrease muscle soreness after a workout. They also may help reduce fatigue while exercising.
Glutamine
Glutamine is an amino acid that has an incredibly important role to play in brain function. Glutamine acts a fuel for two of your brain’s most important neurotransmitters, glutamic acid, and GABA. As glutamine provides a type of sugar for your brain, you may find yourself craving less sugar, which helps with weight loss. It’s brain fuel!
Pyridoxine (Vitamine B6)
Pyridoxine, also known as Vitamin B6, has a big role to play in helping out your central nervous system and your metabolism. It helps your body turn food into energy, and also is involved in creating neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. As it’s involved with regulating brain energy and function, Vitamin B6 is important for clarity and mental focus.
Potassium
Potassium is an abundant mineral in the body, and it’s classified as an electrolyte because it’s highly reactive in water. It’s able to conduct electricity, which is important for many body processes. It also helps to regulate the fluid balance in your body, and helps you to avoid dehydration. It may also play a role in muscle and heart contractions and may help to reduce blood pressure.
